According to his management, the family of American actor Tom Sizemore is "deciding end of life issues" after he suffered a brain aneurysm earlier this month. His condition has been described as terminal.

Sizemore, who is 61 years old, is famous for his parts in movies such as "Saving Private Ryan," "Black Hawk Down," and "Natural Born Killers."

In addition to that, he struggled with substance abuse and was convicted of assaulting his wife.

Charles Lago sent the following statement to the media in the United States: "Today, physicians notified his family that there is no further hope and have suggested end-of-life choice."

In addition, he said, "The family is now considering end-of-life arrangements, and a further statement will be published on Wednesday."

"We are asking for privacy for his family at this terrible time, and they want to thank everyone for the hundreds of words of support and prayers that have been sent. We appreciate everyone's understanding and compassion during this trying time." They are going through a challenging period right now.

Throughout the 1990s, Sizemore rose to prominence, and in 1998, he appeared with Tom Hanks in the film "Saving Private Ryan," for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.

Pearl Harbor, Heat, and True Romance were among the other films that he directed. His performance as a gangster in the television movie Witness Protection from 1999 earned him a nomination for a Golden Globe.

He said in his memoirs that his rise to fame and wealth led to the development of a severe drug habit, namely an addiction to heroin and crystal meth.

Maeve Quinlan, an actress and tennis player, was his wife at the time, and he was arrested in 1997 on suspicion of beating her. After two years of marriage, they decided to divorce.

In 2003, he was found guilty of assaulting his girlfriend, the former "Hollywood madam" Heidi Fleiss, and received a sentence of six months in jail in addition to orders to complete rehabilitation and anger management classes.

In recent years, he has appeared in episodes of popular shows such as Cobra Kai on Netflix and as a recurrent character in the 2017 reboot of the iconic television program Twin Peaks, which was created by David Lynch.

On February 18th, he had a rupture in one of his brain's arteries.
